JAMMU, Apr 25: A free eye checkup camp was today organized at Baba Jitto Shrine, Jhiri.
During the camp, free eye checkup and cataract screening was conducted for the devotees as well as the local people of the area.
The camp inaugurated by Bhuvnesh Mehta Maharaj was organized in collaboration with the Sood Eye Centre, a unit of Dr Aggarwal Eye Hospital, led by Dr Ashok Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhuvnesh Mehta said, “The goal of these camps is to improve healthcare facilities and to provide good quality medical services to everyone regardless of their background.”
Purshottam Kumar Sharma, coordinator of the camp in his address promised that such more camps will be organized in the future, so that more and more people will get benefit through these camps.
