SAMBA, Apr 25: A free medical aid cum awareness camp for the people of Mandi Thalora in Ward 15 here was organised today by AYUSH Department.
Raj Singh Sambyal, Municipal Councillor inaugurated the medical camp where free treatment against general diseases was offered and AYUSH immunity boosters were also distributed to the general public as a protective measure from COVID-19.
AYUSH team headed by Dr. Nanni Sambyal, while making the people aware talked in detail about the importance of strong immunity in fighting COVID-19.
She said that AYUSH is providing preventive and curative health care to the community.
Dr. Sambyal educated the public about benefits and efficacy of ISM in fighting COVID-19 pandemic.
She appealed to general public to use AYUSH medicines to boost their immunity.
The doctors urged the people to take COVID-19 vaccination at their nearest vaccination centre which is the only option to save oneself from the deadly infection.
