JAMMU, Oct 13: Four young artists of Natrang—Supriya Gorka, Ruhaan Chandan, Advik Sharma and Viyaan Sharma have brought laurels to Jammu by reaching the final round of Jhankriti 2025-the 4th edition of India’s biggest virtual performing arts competition being organized by ‘The World Forum for Art and Culture’, cultural wing of ‘The Art of Living Foundation’, Bangalore.
A handout stated that four out of the 12 finalists amongst thousands in the Solo Theatre category of Jhankriti 2025 are from Natrang, marking an extraordinary milestone for the institution. Congratulating the young achievers, Padmashri Balwant Thakur, Director Natrang termed the accomplishment a momentous achievement.
Among the finalists, Supriya Gorka of Natrang , a national scholarship holder and one of Natrang’s most promising child artists, received the maximum number of likes and views across online platforms among all participating genres — a testament to her widespread popularity and artistic excellence.
For over 35 years, Natrang has been conducting regular theatre programmes for children, inspiring and training thousands of young minds who have gone on to excel not only in the arts but also in diverse fields such as civil services, business, engineering, medicine and academia.
