Four injured in road mishaps

JAMMU, Oct 10: Four persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Vijant Singh son of Harbans Singh, presently residing at Boys Hostel, Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, was injured when a car in which he was travelling was hit by a mini-bus at Chinore in Bantalab area.
Similarly, a car collided with a truck at Jhajjar Kotli Qasim. In the mishap, an occupant of the car identified as Malik (30) son of Umer Din, resident of Banihal, got injured.
At Chattha Morh in Satwari area, a youth identified as Bawa (22) son of Shabo Ram and Karam Din (38) son of Hussain Mohd, both residents of RS Pura, were injured when the bike on which they were travelling was hit by a tipper.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In all cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
