Four held with sharp weapons

JAMMU, Nov 15: Jammu and Kashmir Police in Sarwal area claimed to have arrested four individuals who were terrorising people by brandishing weapons at them.
On receiving information about four youth wielding weapon at some people in Sarwal locality, a team of Police Post Sarwal, led by incharge Police Post concerned, SI Sunil Singh Thakur, arrested them red-handed with the weapons on Friday, a police official said.
Accordingly, the accused, identified as Akhil Kumar, Sonmal, Harsh Thappa, and Rajeev Tikoo, were booked in case FIR number 148/2025 under section 4/25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar and further investigation taken up, he said.
