JAMMU, Aug 23: Four people were recovered dead under mysterious circumstances from different locations of the Jammu District.
One Sonu (45) son of Bachan Dass of RS Pura was admitted to Government Medical College Jammu on August 19, 2023 after he was found in unconscious condition at Narwal.
He breathed his last at the hospital today around 4:30 am.
At Railway Station Jammu today, one Nagendra Masahi (40) son of Nathani of Khushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, was found in mysterious circumstances.
He was shifted to Government Medical College Jammu where doctors declared him as dead on arrival.
One Saleem (29) of Chanderkot (parentage not known) was found unconscious near Sultan Masjid, Bathindi today.
He was also taken to GMC Jammu where he was declared as brought dead.
Meanwhile, an unidentified youth, aged around 16, was found unconscious under mysterious circumstances near Shiv Temple, Gujjar Nagar, Jammu.
He was also declared as dead on arrival at Government Medical College Jammu.
Police have launched inquest proceedings under CrPC 174 at the concerned police stations and taken up further investigations.
