RAMGARH, Mar 28: Reaffirming its commitment to delivering quality healthcare to the people of the Jammu region, a free urology screening camp organized by the Fortis Escorts Hospital, Amritsar, in association with SIBA Foundation, was held at Dera Swami Shingara Giri Ji Maharaj, Palouta Sahib, Ramgarh.
The camp was led by renowned urologist Dr Manbir Singh, who, along with his team, provided consultations and screenings to a large number of patients.
Around 300 patients benefited from the camp, receiving expert medical advice along with free medicines. During the camp, Dr Manbir Singh emphasized the importance of early diagnosis and preventive care in kidney and urological diseases.
He highlighted that many kidney-related conditions often go unnoticed until they reach an advanced stage, making regular screening essential.
Singh also informed that he will be available for consultation at the Fortis Jammu OPD Centre, Trikuta Nagar, every third Saturday of the month, ensuring that patients can access expert care closer to home without the need to travel far.
The camp was inaugurated by Karan Atttri, senior NC Leader, Ramgarh, along with Dera Swami Shingara Giri Ji Maharaj, Palouta Sahib, Ramgarh.
