JAMMU, May 20: Jammu Police has seized five vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
According to a police spokesman, one tractor-trolley bearing chassis number MBNBEBBUZMNL01111 was seized by Police Station RS Pura and a dumper bearing registration number JK0CR-6424 was seized by Police Station Jhajjar Kotli.
He said a tipper bearing registration number JK02CT-6160 was also seized by Police Post Sidhra while two tractor-trolleys bearing chasis numbers MBNGAANUUMJA02278 and BZCDS815447S3 were seized by Police Post Gajansoo.
The DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, the spokesman added.
