JAMMU, Sept 8: Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) Jammu inaugurated the five day Induction program for the students of MBA courses at their campus here today.
The inaugural ceremony witnessed the presence of Arvind Mahajan, unit HR head SMVDNSH, Er. Vidhi S. Singh, Chairman, Jamwal Group, Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director, IMS, Senior Professor, Prof. JR. Dhotra, faculty members and students.
Arvind Mahajan who interacted with the students, highlighted the different pathways for students. The speaker also conducted a psychometric test for the students for their enlightenment. The session helped them to identify their personality learning in life. The inaugural program concluded with remarks from Prof. J.R. Dhotra who shared his valuable views and thoughts with the audience.
The first day also witnessed an ice-breaking activity “Who is my partner” where the team mates introduced their partners after trying to know them for 10 minutes. This activity was conducted to let students get to know their classmates better.
The next four scheduled days of the induction program include various guest speakers like Rajinder Gupta- Digital Marketing Coach, Nidhi Jamwal, Chief Coordinator, IMS, Dr. Manmeet Singh Psychiatrist ASCOMS Jammu, etc. The induction program will also encompass various activities like Good Idea – Bad Idea, Role Play Plantation drive, etc.
