Srinagar, Aug 29: In a major healthcare development in north Kashmir, the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Sopore today performed its first-ever CECT Cardiac/Coronary Angiography.

The procedure, as per officials, was conducted by the Radiology Department under the supervision of Dr. Sadia, assisted by technologists Mudasir Bashir, Riyaz Ahmad (Incharge), Pir Samiullah, and Rayees Akbar.
Health officials said the facility will significantly strengthen diagnostic services at SDH Sopore, reducing the dependence of patients on tertiary care hospitals for specialized cardiac investigations.
The achievement has drawn wide appreciation, with congratulations extended to the CMO Baramulla, BMO Sopore, and the medical team for introducing advanced diagnostic care at the Sub-District Hospital.
