FIR against Hafiz Saeed’s son at Akhnoor PS

JAMMU, May 6: Akhnoor police has registered a case against Talha Sayeed, son of Hafiz Sayeed (a designated Pakistani terrorist) for issuing direct threats to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the public of India.

In the video, Talha Sayeed has used threatening language against Modi, thus, provoking sentiments and inciting hostility between the nations. The content of the video aims to provoke the Pakistani army and public against India and suggests an intention to initiate war, the FIR said.
Taking cognizance of the gravity of the matter, a case has been registered vide FIR No. 91/2025 under Sections 352/113 BNS, 66A(a) IT Act at Police station Akhnoor. The investigation is underway.
Hafiz Sayeed is chief of Lashkar-e-Toiba and is involved in several terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
