JAMMU, Oct 14: The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir Government has placed three Junior Scale Accounts Officers of Jammu and Kashmir Accounts (Gazetted) Services as the Incharge Chief Accounts Officers (CAOs) in their own pay and grades.
