JAMMU, Oct 12: A Fast Track Court here today has acquitted a rape accused of the charges levelled against him.
As per the case a lady had complained that she was raped and deserted by the accused Ram Murti son of Terth Ram resident of Khadergal, Bari Brahmana in district Samba after solemnizing marriage with her.

Judge Khalil Choudhary, Presiding Officer at Fast Track Court after listening to arguments of both the defence and the prosecution analyzed that the evidence of prosecution and other witnesses contained contradictions which created doubt with regard to committing of rape by the accused.
The Judge also noted that the accused had admitted that the prosecutrix was his wife and she had lodged a false case against him due to domestic and matrimonial dispute.
