JAMMU, Sept 7: R.C.D Centre Domana organised a farmers awareness camp in which more than 40 progressive farmers participated.
The camp was attended by Dr R.S Charak Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Jammu, Dr Pran Koul Livestock Development Officer Jammu and Dr Mohit Kaul I/c BVO Bhalwal besides others.
During interaction officers deliberated upon various departmental activities and elaborated various aspects of cattle management, breeding, disease control measures. Unemployed
Youths were encouraged to take dairy and poultry rearing as means of self employment .
