ESRM stages 122nd play

Jammu, Dec 22: ESRM presented its 122nd play in Hindi “Aaunekta Mey Ekta” in collaboration with BLSKS at Disco Morh here today . The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla and assisted by Anuroop Pathania. This play is based on brotherhood – unity and national integration among the all communities living in India. Despite many religions, caste, creed, languages Indians are living in a secular setup.
In this play a young boy whose parents wish to celebrate his birthday with great pomp show, refuses to do it as he has been recently to South India where he saw that one of his friends celebrated his birthday by distributing warm clothes among poor and helping slum children for education which is the best way to celebrate the birthday.
Romesh -the young boy wishes to celebrate his birthday by helping poor and then he explains his family members that despite of different cultures in India our nationality is one and we believe in unity in diversity. He gives an example of the army where soldiers from every corner of the country are serving in one uniform whether they are from Bihar, Punjab, South East or Middle India. This way he proves that the slogan “Aaunekta Mey Ekta” is very important aspect for the progress of society in our country.
Chairperson of ESRM Vijay Malla assured the ordinance that such kind of plays will performed in future.Among the dignitaries were Dr Vinod Sharma, president ESRM, Naresh Koul , Romesh Chander , Janab Ravi Raaz The actors who performed were Anuroop Pathania, Nazuk, Kanta Sharma, Raj Kumar Bhat, Kuldeep Raj, Laksh Bali, Surbhi Mahajan, Rakesh Katoch and Vijay Malla.
