JAMMU, Nov 24: Highlighting ‘Drug Abuse’ among our generation in the society, a nuked play ‘Sanskaar’ was staged by Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) here today.
The play was staged for the young students, who are indulged in drug addiction without care and fear of their parents and elders.
Ravi a student develops bad association with drug addicted friends and is a totally in grip of drug addiction.
Sham Lal, the elder brother of Ravi, who is a teacher and stops his younger brother to disassociate himself from such dangerous elements, which can damage and ruin his life, peace, health and reputation.
Ravi’s parents and relatives are also worried and desperate for his safeness and health.
Finally, Ravi is convinced and realizes the damage of this association which drug abuse has created in his life.
He stops his association with drug addicted friends and vows to stop his friendship with all those friends who are indulged in drugs.
Ravi decided to start Drug Addiction campaign among school children and society members in his spare time. Sham Lal is happy and satisfied with the decision of Ravi ‘Sanskaar’.
The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
Among others who performed in the play included Dr Ripu Daman Parihar, Rakesh Singh, Rahul Dev, Shalley Singh, Sachin, Romilla, Nitin, Shivani, Poonam, Aryan and Kamlesh Sharma.
