JAMMU, Mar 29: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) presented awareness nukkad ‘Nasha Ek Jaal’ in its Monday Theatre series here today.
Drug addiction is a chronic, relapsing disorder in which persons seeking and drug taking behaviour persists despite serious consequences. Experts say that drug addiction is a chronic brain disease that causes powerful physical and psychological carving for mind altering substances.
The nukkad was based on negative consequences of drug addiction which has to be checked controlled and stopped to save young generation. A group voluntarily start campaign against drug addiction and generates ill-effects of drugs among the masses particularly young generation.
In the nukkad, the group asks the parents to keep watch on their wards.
A large number of people witnessed and appreciated the nukkad.
The artists, who performed in the play, were Dr Ripu Daman Parihar, Ashok Sharma, Sumit Gupta, Inderjeet Sambyal, Romesh Chander, Vishal, Nikhal Sharma, Charanjeet Singh and Vijay Malla.
