JAMMU, Jan 12: The education plays a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of poverty and taking the societies towards sustained progress.
This was stated by Balbir Ram Rattan, BJP spokesperson & former vice chairperson, while interacting with the party activists.
Balbir emphasized on the transformative power of education in eradicating poverty and fostering a brighter future for all.
He said that the poverty is a global challenge, affecting millions of people, depriving them of basic needs and opportunities and education has proven to be a powerful tool, empowering individuals with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to improve their lives and contribute to society.
“It is, in fact, a game changer for those who get education and they find opportunities to progress and prosper live with dignity. Education opens doors to better employment opportunities, enhances financial position, and reduces social inequalities,” he said.
“One must accept that the importance of education extends beyond economic benefits and, moreover, it is an investment for the future,” he added.
