JAMMU, Sept 23: Pradeep Dutta, senior journalist and founder of Line of Communication, a digital platform dedicated to countering anti-India narratives globally, delivered a lecture among the fresh batch of students at Mahant Bachittar Singh (MBS) College of Engineering & Technology, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Dutta offered students practical wisdom on navigating pressure, stress and adversity. With poetic eloquence, he urged Gen Z learners to stay focused on their goals, undeterred by distractions.
“Utar charaav zindagi mein ayenge, par unse ghabrana nehi (Ups and downs will come in life, but don’t be intimidated),” he said, stressing that the only true competition is with oneself.
His poignant lines-“Yaad rakh har koi kabhi na kabhi kehi na kehi toota hai, Jo kehta woh nehi toota, aik dum jhootha hai. Toot kar jurh, jurh kar uth, uth kar daurh, magar maidan se bhaagna mat”, struck a chord with students, inspiring them to embrace resilience and perseverance.
The session was made lively with soul-stirring songs, including the evergreen “Yeh jeevan hai, is jeevan ka yehi hai rang roop,” which created a vibrant, interactive atmosphere in the auditorium.
The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session where students sought guidance on life’s challenges.
