JAMMU, Dec 5: Coordination Committee of +2 Incharge Lecturers held a meeting and requested Director School Education Jammu to submit the compiled date to civil secretariat for regularization with out further delay.
The meet informed that as per the compiled data, there are nearly 2050 incharge lecturers in all streams who have not been regularized since 2011-12 till date. HRM cell should be created in School Education Department which is largest department having more than 1.5 lakh employees with more than 22 cadres and to hold regular DPC, maintain seniority is a difficult task, the meet said and added that there are nearly 7000 incharge gazetted cadres i.e. Joint Directors, CEOs, Principals, ZEOs, Head Masters and Lecturers who are not regularized.
Similar meeting of the Co- ordination Committee members were held at all district headquarters, which were attended by Amar Nath Thakur, Ravesh Saraf, Shafiq Ahmed, Rajesh Gorkha, Rattan Lal, Muzaffer Hussain, Imran Khan, Liaqat Ali, Manjit Sharma, Gurmeet Singh, Mohd Yaceen, Surjit Kumar, Mohd, Iqubal Mohd Akram, Kali Dass, Romesh Singh, Mohd Salim, Ravi Kanth and Suneel Kotwal.
