UDHAMPUR, Aug 23: A team of Police Station Rehambal, while performing naka checking duty, stopped a motorcycle bearing registration number JK14A-7140, which was coming from Jib towards Garhi.
On questioning rider disclosed his identity as Ganesh Dutt, son of Sansar Chand, resident of Barolla, Udhampur. During his personal search, police team recovered 770 Alprazolam tablets from his possession.
In this regard, a case FIR number 132/2025, under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rehambal and further investigation has been set into motion.
