SAMBA, Feb 3: A drug peddler was arrested with 4.76 grams of heroin-like-substance in Vijaypur area of Samba district today.
Shubham Dogra of Bhuddi Dehradun (Uttarakhand) was nabbed with the consignment from Raya Morh area of Vijaypur by a team of Police Station Vijaypur led by SHO of the area, a police official said.
He said the accused was accordingly booked in case FIR number 16/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Vijaypur and further investigation taken up.
The drug peddler was held by a police team under the overall supervision of SSP Samba Varinder Manhas.
