JAMMU, Aug 17: A drug peddler was arrested with 9 grams of heroin-like-substance from Valmiki Colony area here today.
Rohan Chidhe of Valmiki Colony was arrested with the consignment by a team of Police Station Gandhi Nagar led by PSI Nadeem Akram assisted by other police officials under the supervision of SHO Gandhi Nagar, Jai Paul Sharma.
He was accordingly booked in case FIR number 182/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and further investigation started, he said.
