JAMMU, Aug 13: A drug peddler was arrested with 14 grams of heroin-like-substance from Rajiv Nagar area here, officials said today.
One Manzoor Ahmad Sofi of Sopore, Baramulla, was arrested with the consignment by a team of Police Post Narwal led by incharge Police Post concerned, they said.
Accordingly, they said, the accused was booked in case FIR number 249/2025 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and further investigation taken up.
