JAMMU, Jan 4: A drug peddler was arrested with 8-9 grams of heroin-like-substance from Sidhra area here.
A police official said that Bagh Hussain of Khanpur, Rajbagh, Kathua, was arrested with the consignment by a team of Police Post Sidhra during routine patrolling duty at Waliabad area.
He said the accused has been booked in case FIR number 05/2024 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Nagrota and further investigation taken up.
