JAMMU, July 18: An alleged drug peddler was arrested with 5 grams of heroin from Paloura area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Janipur here.
During routine checking near Paloura Tallab, one Jai Pratap Singh of Paloura was arrested with 5 grams of heroin by a team of Police Station Janipur led by PSI Rahul Kumar with HC Zaheer Hussain Shah and SgCT Yogesh Kumar in assistance, a police official said.
According to him, the accused has been booked in case FIR Number 104/2025 under the relevant Sections of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Janipur and further investigation taken up.
