JAMMU, Feb 7: An alleged drug peddler was arrested with 10.12 grams of heroin-like substance in Domana area here today.
Basharat Ali alias Vishu of Halka Morh, Jammu, was arrested with the contraband substance during a search operation at Floura Nagbani area of Domana by a team of Police Station Domana led by SHO concern, Inspector Varuneshwar Singh, a police official said.
He was accordingly booked in case FIR number 32/2026 under sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Domana and further investigation taken up, he said.
