UDHAMPUR, Dec 13: Police today arrested one drug peddler and recovered 3.7 grams of heroin (chitta) like contraband substance from his possession.
A team from PS Rehambal led by SHO Nishat Sumbria while performing vehicle checking duty apprehended one person from Phalata Naka Point.
3.7 grams of heroin (chitta) was recovered from the possession.
The arrested person has been identified as Sachin Kumar, S/o Sham Lal of Rehambal.
A case vide FIR No. 251/2024 U/S 8/21/22/ NDPS Act stands registered in P/S Rehambal and further investigation was set into the probe.
