KATRA, Apr 9: Police apprehended a drug peddler and recovered 09.36 grams of heroin like substance from his possession, here today.
Police party of P/S Katra while on patrolling duty, apprehended the accused namely Raj Singh, son of Thakur Singh, resident of Pujari Mohalla Katra and recovered 9.36 grams heroin like substance from his possession.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 103/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Katra and an investigation has been initiated to uncover both forward and backward linkages of the narcotics supply chain.
