JAMMU, Apr 28: City Judge Jammu Manjeet Rai today rejected the bail applications of Kuldeep Kumar, driver of Superintendent of Kot Bhalwal Jail and Jasbir Singh alias Kaka, who were arrested by the Gandhi Nagar Police in much publicized Nagar Singh house firing case.
After hearing Additional Public Prosecutor Arvind Rathore for the Police, the City Judge observed, “I am satisfied that there is no prima facie case made out for granting of bail to the applicant/accused to set them at liberty”. With these observations, the court rejected the bail application.
