JAMMU, Mar 30: Issuing two separate orders, Health & Medical Education Department has assigned additional responsibilities to Dr Abdul Hamid Zargar, Incharge (I/c) Medical Superint-endent (MS) of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar (Jammu) and Dr Jahangir Bakshi, I/c Director of Health Services, Kashmir.
According to an order, Dr Abdul Hamid Zargar, currently serving as I/c MS of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, will assume the charge of Deputy Director (HQ), Jammu, starting March 31, 2025. Furthermore, Dr Zargar will also take over the responsibilities of Director Health Services, Jammu, in addition to his existing duties, until further orders.
As per another order, Dr Jahangir Bakshi, I/c Director of Health Services, Kashmir, has been temporarily assigned the charge of Project Director, AIDS Control Society, J&K. He will manage this additional responsibility alongside his current role.
