Leh, Sept 17: The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh has ordered the posting of Dr Zakir Hussain, Incharge Assistant Director (RMF, Matho), Sheep Husbandry Department, as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at Ladakh Bhawan, Chandigarh, with immediate effect.
