JAMMU, Nov 26: The Health and Medical Education Department has transferred Dr Zaffar Akbar, incharge BMO Kupwara, and posted him as incharge CMO Kupwara.
Consequent upon his posting as incharge CMO Kupwara, Dr Masrat Iqbal, the incumbent incharge CMO Kupwara, has been directed to report to Directorate of Health Services Kashmir for further posting.
