JAMMU, May 5: Kashmiri doctor and columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo attended the 34th European Society of Endocrin-ology (ESE) international post-graduate conference in Clinical Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
The 5-day conference, held virtually live from United Kingdom, threw light on latest advances in diabetes technology and management, thyroid disorders, hormone abuse, adrenal disorders and polyendocrine syndromes.
A certificate was awarded to Dr Itoo by European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) along with ten European Continuing Medical Education Credits (ECMECs) with accreditation from European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Currently serving at Narayana Health, Dr Itoo is also a distinguished Fellow of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF Fellow, Belgium).
Pertinently, the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) is a reputed professional organization of doctors of the European Union that promotes high levels of medical training and practice, to improve and guarantee the highest level of patient care.
