JAMMU, Dec 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the AGMUT cadre (2009 batch), as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government following his promotion to the Super Time Scale.
