SRINAGAR, July 18: Commissioner Secretary Health and Medical Education, Shaleen Kabra has ordered inquiry into the misappropriation of Hospital Development Fund (HDF) in Baramulla district hospital.
Taking cognizance of CAG report for the year ended March 31, 2012, the Government asked Director Health Services Kashmir Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman to conduct a thorough probe into the matter and forward the report for further action in this regard.
The inquiry officer has been directed to submit report within ten days pin pointing the actual amount of embezzlement/ recovery and the names of officers/ officials in the default.
