Dr Nisha remanded to 10 days judicial custody

KATHUA, Jan 25: Dr Nisha Sharma, wife of Naresh Sharma Draftsman was today remanded to ten days judicial custody in the assault case of her husband by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kathua. Dr Sharma is main accused in the assault case in hatching a conspiracy to eliminate her husband.
The other three assailants arrested in this case were also remanded for five days police custody. All the  four accused were present before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kathua by Kathua Police as the police remand of these accused was till January 25 and police presented them before the court for further remand to complete the pending  investigation into the matter.
The four remaining absconding accused are still at large and they were not arrested by police till date.
According to police six to seven unknown persons attacked Naresh Kumar with sharp edged weapons who was coming from the Ultasound Clinic in the town January 19 evening on a scooty driven by his father. He received grievous injuries and fell in a pool of blood. The assailants had a motive to commit his murder.
