Dr Itoo selected for ACP’s Guided Fellowship Prog

JAMMU, Dec 9: Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo, a distinguished J&K doctor, public health expert, medical educator and writer has been selected for the prestigious Guided Fellowship Program of the American College of Physicians (USA).
The ACP Guided Fellowship Program –beginning in January 2026 — is a structured and mentored pathway designed to support physicians in their advancement toward the Fellowship of the American College of Physicians (FACP) — one of the most respected credentials in the field of internal medicine worldwide.
As part of the 3-year program, Dr Itoo will engage in a curated portfolio of professional development activities, including mentorship, leadership training, scholarly engagement, and contributions to the advancement of clinical practice standards.
Pertinently, Dr Itoo is a distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH), UK, Fellow of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF Fellow, Belgium), and International Practitioner of the UK Faculty of Public Health(IPFPH). He is also a member of leading global medical organizations including the American College of Physicians (USA), and Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI).
