SRINAGAR, Mar 5: The Health and Medical Education Department of the Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Dr Fazlul Qadir Parray, Professor, Department of General Surgery, SKIMS Soura, as Principal of the SKIMS Medical College/Hospital, Bemina, Srinagar, on tenure basis for a period of two years.
