DPS Jammu organizes Skit Competition

JAMMU, Nov 21: Saluting the Indian Army for their hardships, sacrifices and achievements, an Inter-House Skit Competition was organized at Delhi Public School, here today.
Every student who participated in the competition spoke very high about the Indian Army which is considered No. 1 in the world. The step marked the commitment to actively raise the quality of every student. It also motivated and brought a sense of sensitivity among the young minds about the hardships, sacrifices and achievements of Indian Army.
The effort of each house showed commendable hardwork and dedication in actively portraying the different aspects of the brave soldiers.
Retired Brig S S Sambyal from Gorkha Rifles was chief guest on the occasion.
The competition was adjudged by the experts Joy Paul Gill and Jacob Mattoo. The winning trophy was bagged by Yamuna House where as Ganga House clinched the runners-up trophy.
Headmistress up to Middle School, Meenu Gupta spoke on the occasion. Additional Director/Principal, Dr D Joseph congratulated the winners for their excellent performance.
