JAMMU, Sept 8: Provincial President Devender Singh Rana  today said that doors of National Conference were always open for right thinking and public spirited political activists, who want to see Jammu and Kashmir as a peaceful, progressive and developed State.
“Realization is fast dawning upon progressive, forward-looking and peace-loving political activists to serve the State in best of their capabilities”, Rana said while welcoming Ghulam Haider and his associates in National Conference at a function held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhavan this afternoon.
Rana said that time has come when all the right thinking people should assert and isolate those dividing the State on regional and communal lines. He called for isolating such elements and working towards cementing the relations between various segments of the society.
The Provincial President hoped that with the joining of energetic young people, the National Conference will be further strengthened.
Rana and senior leaders including Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, Surjeet Singh Slathia, Rattan Lal Gupta, Th Kashmira Singh and others profusely garlanded the new entrants and hoped that with their joining National Conference will be further strengthened at the grass roots level.
Later, senior functionaries of Kishtwar, along with the new entrants, held a meeting with the Provincial President and discussed the party matters.
