This has reference to the news item GMC Eye Bank DE Oct 28, 2016 in which you had written…
“Unless there is a willing declaration by a donor, his eye cannot be removed after his death”. This is totally wrong according to HOTA (Human Organ Transplantation Act) and NPCB. Actually next of kin of deceased person can sign a consent form to donate the eyes of their beloved ones. (Willing declaration is not mandatory).
