DOMAC to organise national event on ‘Save Constitution’

JAMMU, Dec 22: Dalit OBC Minority Adivasi Confederation (DOMAC) paid tribute to Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar through an awareness program, highlighting the rights of these castes here today.
Alongside this tribute, the organization demanded Home Minister Amit Shah’s resignation and apology for his remarks against Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s dignity.
RK Kalsotra, UT president while speaking on the occasion said that at a time when a senior Minister, Amit Shah, is insulting Baba Saheb, and this Government is pursuing different agenda, Dalit OBC Minority Adivasis must unite and strengthen the Confederation. “This unity is crucial for restoring Statehood in Jammu and Kashmir, safeguarding the Constitution, and protecting people’s rights,” he added.
The participants passed a resolution to organize a national-level function of the Confederation in Jammu, inviting the National Chairman of DOMAC and leaders across the country. Discussions will focus on protecting and implementing rights, as well as restoring Jammu and Kashmir’s state status.
