Dogra Sadar Sabha highlights issues of Bishnah

JAMMU, Sept 6: A meeting of Dogra Sadar Sabha, Tehsil Bishnah was held at Bishnah town wherein former Minister and president Dogra Sadar Sabha, J&K, Gulchain Singh Charak was the chief guest.
Besides office bearers and members of Tehsil Bishnah,  Sarpanchs, Panchs, Numberdars, Chowkidars and youths of the area attended the meeting and discussed several local issues.
The meet highlighted non-availability of water for irrigation purpose, plights of  the  people living near the Indo-Pak border due to the heavy shelling from across the border, dilapidated condition of all the main roads, link roads, lanes and drains,  alleged mal-functioning of educational institutions because of the insufficient staff, etc.
The speakers appealed G  S  Charak to take up these issues with the concerned authorities at the earliest for redressal otherwise they would  be compelled to start strong protest against the Government in whole of the Tehsil.
While speaking on the occasion, Mr Charak  said that these are genuine demands and the Central and State Governments should come at their rescue at the earliest or be ready to face the consequences when people come on the roads to lodge their protest. He also warned the authorities against  the worst type of discrimination being meted out to the Jammuites.
Mr Charak  urged upon the Central and State Government to take immediate necessary measures to curb the anti-national activities being carried out by the anti-national elements to spoil the peaceful atmosphere of Duggar Pradesh.
He also appealed to all the members of Dogra Sadar Sabha, Tehsil Bishnah to attend the 114th General Council Meeting of Dogra Sadar Sabha, J&K Jammu  on September 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Dogra Hall Jammu so that proper ways and means are devised to save the Duggar Pradesh.
