KATHUA, Aug 16: A doctor died after he came in contact with a live 11 KV line while hoisting National Flag at Haria Chak in Hiranagar tehsil of Kathua district yesterday.
He has been identified as Dr Pawan Kumar of Chadwal who was posted at Haria Chak Primary Health Centre.
As per reports the ill fated doctor was hoisting the National Flag at the building of the Primary Health Centre yesterday and he came in contact with 11 kv line passing through the building. A police team rushed to the spot and shifted the doctor to Hiranagar Hospital.
