JAMMU, May 25: District Magistrate Jammu, Simrandeep Singh has invoked Section 144 CrPC in order to ensure proper maintenance of berms along the roads so as to avoid accidents.
According to the order, it has been brought to the notice of the District Magistrate that the contractors who work on the projects of roads do not fill the berms properly on the sides of the roads, after executing the construction work of the roads.
