JAMMU, Feb 6: Diva International Foundation, an NGO, in collaboration with NHPC here today organized a free medical and health awareness camp at Guru Ravi Dass Mandir, Bagh-e-Bahu.
The camp was inaugurated by Ram Swaroop, Executive Director NHPC in the presence of B.L Aswal, Group General Manager NHPC, Ajay Bhagat and Sham Lal Basson, ex-Councillor of JMC.
Over 550 patients were benefited from the medical camp where services related to gynaecology, orthopaedics, dentistry, physiotherapy, ENT, pathology, general medicine, ophthalmology, along with free medicines, subsidized lab tests and free basic tests were provided.
Amandeep Singh Sasan, CEO and Director of Diva Group and Diva International Foundation thanked the doctors, technicians and para-medicos of Dr. K.D Hospital, Jammu, Sharp Sight Hospital Jammu, Directorate of Health Services Jammu and others for the successful camp.
At the end, certificate of appreciation and mementoes were given to all the participants by the chief guest, Ram Swaroop in the presence of guest of honour, B.L Aswal, special guests, Sham Lal Basson, Ajay Bhagat and team of Diva International Foundation.
