JAMMU, July 2: District Football Association Samba conducted its election meeting, wherein Raghubir Singh Samyal was elected as the President, Sandeep Singh as District Secretary and Ashwini Samyal as Treasurer of the Association unanimously.
Almost all the representatives of the football clubs associated with DFA Samba were present on the occasion and the elections were held under the supervision of Vice President JKFA, Surinder Singh Bunty and other observers including S. Kuldip Singh, Direct member JKFA and Ramesh Chander, Direct member and International footballer.
On the occasion, Mr Bunty expressed hope that the newly elected body will work for the upliftment of the game of football in the district. He assured full support to the newly elected body on behalf of the Association.
