JAMMU, July 26: The Department of Police Telecom (DPT), J&K, today held piping ceremonies in Jammu to decorate recently promoted officers with their new ranks.
As per a statement, Director Police Telecom, J&K, J S Johar, pinned the ranks on DySP Telecom Rashpal Attri, who has been promoted to the rank of SP Telecom. Three Assistant Sub-Inspectors-Suresh Kumar Kaloo, Naresh Kumar, and Swarn Lata-were also promoted to the rank of Sub-Inspector.
The ceremonies took place at the DPT Office and the Zonal Police Telecom Armed/CID-Security Headquarters.
Johar congratulated the officers and their families, encouraging them to continue serving with dedication in their new roles.
Senior officers including SSP Telecom Jammu Zone Shaheen Wahid, SP Telecom ACS Zone Jammu Satish Kumar, SP Telecom Rashpal Kumar Atri, DySP Telecom Lekh Raj and other officials were present on the occasion.
