JAMMU, Dec 9: Sunil Dimple president mission statehood Jammu Kashmir held protest against the rising traffic problems on the Janipur high court road.
Addressing the protestors, Dimple alleged the roads have become the khooni, due to traffic congestion but the Government and the traffic department are doing nothing to solve traffic problems.
“The traffic department always remains busy in echalans and collecting revenue,” he said.
Dimple alleged the traffic cops standing on roads only click the photos, for echallens of the vehicles, in spite of operating traffic smoothly on the roads.
He demands LG Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to construct flyover at KC Chowk to Rehari Chungi upto Manda, so the commuters get some respite from the traffic congestion.
Dimple further warned to intensity the agitation against the Traffic problems, heavy E-Challan by traffic, JMC and PWD for the worst conditions of Jammu Roads.
Among others who were present during the protest included Ashok Sharma, Bilo Pahlwan, Kala Singh, Vijay virdi, Mohmad Amin, Hasan Khan, Depak and Ricky Bhasin.
